We may subcontract part of the service where appropriate, but we will remain responsible for the performance of the service in accordance with these terms. Any subcontractor or operative acting on our behalf must be treated as part of our service delivery for the purpose of these conditions. However, we do not accept responsibility for acts or omissions caused by the customer, other occupants, neighbouring parties, or third parties over whom we have no control.
